For those of you that are participating in the Open WOD on Friday, we HIGHLY encourage you to take a complete rest day tomorrow (Thursday). Stretch, mobilize, and move around but we wouldn’t suggest doing a metcon or any strength work. Let your body rest and recover so you can give 100% on the Open workout!
